BLACKFISH is James Everest (Lateduster, The Grave Trio) + Joel Pickard (Hatfarm) performing improvised duets in surround sound installation concerts, using pedal steel and acoustic guitars, upright bass, and an array of sound gadgets and effects and looping pedals to create expansive, spontaneous sound worlds and songs built with layers of texture, tension, and delicate bombast.
